FLOW appoints Sanjay Goel as Chief Executive Officer

Singapore - April 22, 2025 - FLOW Digital Infrastructure (“FLOW” or “the company”), a PAG company that develops and operates Data Center and digital infrastructure facilities in Asia Pacific, today announced the appointment of Sanjay Goel as Chief Executive Officer. Effective immediately, Mr. Goel will lead the company’s next phase of growth and is responsible for driving its overall strategic direction and execution of its business plan.

Established in 2021, FLOW has developed six Data Center facilities across Asia Pacific with 170MW+ of current and near-term planned capacity (IT load).

Mr. Goel brings over 30 years of diverse business leadership experience with extensive expertise in the telecommunications, information technology and engineering industries. He has held several senior positions in Asia and Europe, most recently at American Tower where he served as Executive Vice President & President for Asia Pacific, leading its business in the APAC region. Before that, he served as President of the Global Services business group and Operations at Nokia globally, where he was responsible for strategy, P&L management and Global Services business operations across more than 100 countries.

Leadership expansion 

FLOW also announced other senior appointments to its leadership team, including the appointment of Andrew Oon as Chief Commercial Officer and Onno Reijgersberg as Chief Business Operations Officer, both effective immediately. 

Mr. Oon has over 22 years of Data Center industry experience, driving sales strategy and managing client executive relationships. Prior to joining FLOW, Mr. Oon worked at Digital Edge where he was Vice President of Sales, responsible for customer and market acquisition, and business revenue in emerging Asian markets. Prior to that, he was Senior Director, Service Providers & Interconnection for Asia Pacific at Equinix. At FLOW, he will be leading the commercial team on business development and customer engagement initiatives.

Mr. Reijgersberg brings over 20 years of global experience in strategy ideation and execution that fuel business expansion, unlocking new growth opportunities. Most recently, Mr. Reijgersberg served as a senior business consultant and part of the executive leadership team at American Tower Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for the creation and execution of business improvement and optimization projects. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Global Business Operations & Transformation at Nokia. Mr. Reijgersberg will be leading the ongoing efforts to bolster overall capabilities, innovation and competitiveness at FLOW.
